India 2023 – The people

So I always expected India to be colourful. And it was!!

But more than that, the people were so friendly and welcoming. Everywhere I went I felt welcome and safe, and had some great conversations. It is a country with a massive population, and yet everyone seemed to have time for each other (or maybe that was just my perception, being in a relaxed travel mode, rather than the more rushed everyday life!).

I meet so many lovely people, and just want to go back and travel more!!

A big thank you to the people who played cricket with us, and made the trip so special!!
