What’s the best way to have an up to date team photograph?

What’s the best way to have an up to date team photograph, without having to re photograph your whole team each time they change?

The new team member was photographed in the studio, I then supplied with the plain white background (and clear cut, where the background is removed, to easily place into other images), and also in situ in front of their offices (which I had previously photographed and hold on file).
Then he was added to the team photograph, and other staff no longer with the company removed. Team members can be easily rearranged also, ie I have supplied a couple of options.

A great way to keep up to date with an evolving team!!
