Colour or Black and White Family Portraits?

Can’t decide between colour and black & white family portraits?

 

Both together is great. I just make sure they are symmetrical.

 

Here is a set of portraits of 4 siblings, taken in the Port Hills above Christchurch Ōtautahi.

 

We can make it into a story, by the order they are on the wall, and balance the black & white and colour by putting the black and white in the middle:

 

 

It really shows the fun nature of the kids, and how close they are.

 

It works really well with sets of four, six and nine images too.
